DESIPOC (Dezvoltarea unei inițiative europene durabile pentru monitorizarea și schimbul de bune practici în domeniul îngrijirii oncologice psihosociale) este un proiect EU4Health axat pe îmbunătățirea sănătății mintale și a sprijinului psihosocial pentru persoanele afectate de cancer din întreaga Europă. Proiectul reunește cercetarea, inovația digitală, formarea profesională și colaborarea pentru a consolida îngrijirea oncologică psihosocială pentru pacienți, îngrijitori, familii și profesioniști din domeniul sănătății.

About DESIPOC
The DESIPOC platform acts as a digital knowledge hub and virtual observatory, offering:
- Training materials and educational resources
- Mental health screening tools
- Best practices and care models from across Europe
- Research findings on evidence-based recommendations, and insights into mental health challenges, psychosocial oncology care barriers, and enabling factors across Europe
- Resources to support communication and psychosocial care in oncology settings
The project also aims to help healthcare systems better identify psychosocial stress factors such as anxiety, depression, burnout, emotional distress, and social isolation among people affected by cancer.
